This program will educate gas representatives to enhance and improve customer service, management and sales skills. Vicki has worked with ESC for several years on various training and education programs. About this Training session: This session will focus on how to deliver difficult messages to internal and external customers. Often times, others in our own business aren’t as responsive as we need them to be, and this creates a barrier to delivering excellent service to our external customers. To build productive internal relationships, we need to find ways to communicate our needs and expectations, and to do so tactfully and diplomatically. This course will help us to do just that! Participants will also learn how to deliver bad news to external customers in a palatable way. How do we communicate that the customer needs to make a large financial contribution to the project, or that the customer’s expectation for the completion of the project can’t be met? The content in this webinar will explore a couple of simple models that can be used for delivering tough messages, both internally and externally.
